Great place to stay in with Angelo as an amazing host! Very attentive to all of our needs. Thank you for a wonderful first experience and I’m sure if we come back this way for a stay, we would love to stay there again, it was a wonderful place! We really loved the decor and all the amenities! Everything we needed was available to us! We did want to know what shampoo and conditioner you had in the bathrooms because it really brought out my friends daughters curls! I think for it being our first time and your first time, everything was really perfect!
Awesome place! Very clean and comfortable. Great communication and follow through with the owners. The building was very quite and we were not disturbed at all by the neighbors even though we were working nights and sleeping during the day. Thanks Angelo!

The apartment is very new, so it's a bit sterile to me and not "homey", but it had everything we needed for the most part. I did make some suggestions on things that could be added to make people more comfortable. The beds were all good. Everything was clean. The chairs are not very comfortable in the living room, but we just used the couch. There were four of us, so only one of us had to be uncomfortable at any given time :-) Angelo is a great host, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. It is very close to restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Parking was an issue if you got there late at night, but there was room on the gravel parking lot and the street. It looks like they are building another building next door, so you may hear construction noise. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

It is an amazingly comfortable space and we are extremely satisfied it’s seems that we made the correct choice in lodging. It’s nice to be comfortable while on the road and away from our family’s.
Angelo’s Apt was perfect for my friends and I! The location was perfect. Nice proximity to everything. The place is modern and stylish, the rooms are very spacious and everyone felt comfortable staying here—it felt like being in your own home. He had everything from towels, hair straightener, hair dryer, toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotions, pot and pans, to kitchen utensils—just about everything really! Angelo was very responsive, nice, and communication was on point. I would highly recommend this Airbnb, and I will definitely stay at his place again!

Our stay at Angelo's pad was just great. The pad was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. It was so easy to relax there, and the pad is very conveniently located close to just about everything you could need - restaurants, stores, Starbucks, etc. I would highly recommend staying at Angelo's pad and will do so again should we need to visit the Spokane area again.
We had a really nice stay in Spokane. This rental is super clean and modern and had all the towels and supplies we needed. Since there were 5 adults, we enjoyed having three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We really appreciated the "extras" and cleanliness of your place. A few more hangers and toilet paper would have been nice. You have a great place! It worked out great for us. Thanks.
Space was just as described with seamless check-in and check out. Noises carries pretty easily and we could hear someone upstairs almost every night rolling what sounded like a suitcase, mildly annoying. We also were told that we were too loud twice one night by a noise alert system that’s outside of the apartment while sitting around the kitchen table for dinner. We were just laughing and catching up so it is definitely not the place for a larger group or with younger kids, just because sound carries. Otherwise, would return. Appreciate the owners for being so communicative.
Liked the cleanliness and everything worked and new! Kitchen and bathrooms were great. Appreciate the “extras”. TV was a little challenging. You can hear everything but everyone was respectful.

We had a great experience with Jaag Pads. The place was as described and very clean. I would recommend to anyone that needs a place to yourself with all of the amenities.
Very nice, clean condo. Had everything we needed in a perfect location to visit family in the area. The hosts checked in leading up to our stay as well as once during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed which was nice. We will definitely stay again in the future. Parking is a little tough especially if you are getting back later in the evening. The walls are also a bit thin so you can hear the neighbors walking around some upstairs but it didn’t bother us too much.
The place description was very accurate. The host is very communicative and helpful. It was equipped with new appliances and utensils. Large refrigerator. The building is also new and has great parking spaces. The location is quit and conveniently located between Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. I highly recommend it.
This place is in a great location for the Valley - quick access to major roads, but still a quiet location. The place was clean and more spacious than expected. The Host has a lot of rules and procedures, but they are mostly common sense things to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay. No issues during the entire stay and host was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. We will likely stay here again in the future - thanks!

We had great communication with the owner. The home is modern and clean, with lots of extra amenities in case you forgot something! The beds were extremely firm so we didn’t sleep that well. Location is great, with many coffee shops and restaurants close by.

I would recommend staying here. Not far off the freeway, stores, restaurants and Dutch Bros. We stayed here to be able to go to Silverwood. The building has code to get in and plenty of parking. Parking gets busy at night however was always able to find a spot and could park on street if really needed. The apartment is on the second floor and is keyless entry. There is a camera when you enter the home which is fine. Smells great and not too overwhelming which some places can be crazy. The building was pretty quite and not busy. The apartment has two full nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. There is a shared washer and dryer on each floor for four units, I recommend bringing laundry items if you plan to do any as the unit didn’t have any. The kitchen is large and we’ll stocked with six seat table. Cute living room with pull out couch. The beds are memory foam but hard which my husband loved. They had the best pillows and soft sheets. The AC is not through the whole home. If you close doors at night (which you should for fire safety) the rooms do get warm. It was in the sixties at night and I like a warm room but even with one fan (all rooms have small cylinder fans in them) I was still hot. All the rooms but one had lots of USB ports to plug into to charge if needed in the lamps and clocks. The host did reach out and ask if we needed anything which was nice. As for the sound thing they mentioned…We had three 17yr olds, 6 yr old and a 4yr old and didn’t set it off from what we know. Overall I’d totally recommend staying here.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We could hear the upstairs neighbors but the noise canceling fans in the bedrooms worked perfect. My party of 8 fit very comfortably. The air conditioner works AWESOME!!!

Our stay here was great! The home is a lot bigger in person than the photos shows, was a great space for my family with everything that we needed provided. The host was great at communicating and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was good. Location was also perfect, within a few minutes to restaurants and groceries and close to all our wedding festivities. We'll definitely stay here when we're back in Spokane.

I've stayed in a lot of AirBnb's and never seen any list of house rules quite as extensive as this one, nor have I ever heard of a sound meter being used inside the property. It all seemed quite excessive to me but ultimately the apartment was great for what we needed for a wedding weekend in Spokane.
This place is great for families with young kids. Host is very responsive with any questions.

This apartment was comfortable and spacious. It gave us everything we needed. The location was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking the Appleway Trail.
It was very comfortable staying there. The fact that I didn’t have to bring pots and pans to cook, was a plus for this guy. I was able to host my daughter and her two friends whom haven’t seen each other in a while, the night before my daughter’s wedding and cooked a fabulous breakfast for them too. I like to walk in the mornings. So was able to get a 3 mile walk in. Too, there’s a trail to walk I noticed, after my walk, near the Airbnb as well that I’ll have to walk the next time I’m there. If your looking for a great place to stay, in a city that has lots of things to offer one’s family, this is it. Very homey. I wouldn’t say for kids under 7, do to noise control though. I’ll b back!

Was perfect size for a family of five. Perfect location. Owners are really nice. The only thing that really bothered us was the neighbors. Really loud. They have a vibrating bed so in the evening the entire apartment vibrated, they must smoke inside of the apartment because ours smelled like cigarettes.
We loved everything about this home. It had a great location. It was light and bright, clean and had everything we could have needed. The owners were easy to communicate with, quick response time. We hope to stay here again soon!!

A very modern and spacious area. Within walking distance to some restaurants and convenience stores which is nice. The building isn't well sound-proofed so I could hear basicaly anything the neighbors did though nobody was throwing rowdy parties or anything. Great water pressure in the showers and excellent supplies of amenities.

I used to live a few blocks away from here and the location is like steak sauce: A1! The valley is close to Idaho, downtown, malls, anything and this Airbnb is in the center of the valley making it perfect for whatever you want to do! Also the space is very spacious and well-kempt, they have whatever you might need and the whole experience was fantastic.
I am going to be completely honest here, I misread the details of my reservation and the host was gracious enough to work with me and help me extend my stay even though it was probably a big inconvenience. I’m not sure what I would have done had it not been for their understanding and kindness with helping me through that situation. I will definitely be staying with them again next time I am in town!

The place was nice, but expensive! The rate itself was a decent value, but the cleaning fee almost doubled the cost. The host was responsive but not at all flexible about checking in early. We had to kill a lot of time.

Beautiful updated home. It’s in a good area of town as well. Upstairs has the yard access I’d totally recommend specially if you got kids. Quick to help when the microwave went out and got fixed in a very timely manner. Cleanliness is beyond perfect would stay there over and over again.
New, spacious and spotless rental! This place had everything we needed and more. The owners have thought of everything ~ including coffee, laundry soap and reading material for guests. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hidden gem!

When we first arrived, the unit was not cleaned. However, once we notified the host, he immediately rectified the situation. The host was helpful and the communication was very smooth. We received the refund of the cleaning fee. Our stay was great overall! The air mattress was nice and the kids loved it. The location was convenient for Plantes Ferry Park & Sports Complex where we had a soccer tournament.

My husband and I were traveling with a young baby and had a very comfortable stay! We appreciated small things like plug covers which made the space safer for our little one, as well as flexibility and great communication. It was a very hot day and the rooms stayed cool at night. When passing through Spokane Valley again we would surely stay again.

This home is meticulously clean, very comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located! We loved that the host had put aTVs and ACs in the bedrooms and in the living room area! My family enjoyed enough space to watch our own shows and relax! The kitchen has the best quality appliances, and was stocked really well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer in the unit. The area is very safe and peaceful, and we felt comfortable here. We really enjoyed our stay here, especially having breakfast out on the deck everyday! We recommend this lovely home to everyone! We had a wonderful stay at this place. It is well equipped with whatever you need to feel like home. The House is recently renovated and it was sparkling clean. The living room and each of the bedrooms have their own TVs and ACs. There are a few games that you can use during your stay. The BBQ in the backyard is very handy. The host is very professional and efficient in communication. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider booking it again for our next visit at Spokane.

Great place, had everything we needed and then some. You can hear everything from upstairs, but it didn't bother us too much. A note on the noise monitor, while a little unusual, we had our 10 month old baby with us and we never set it off (that we know of). Thank you, will stay again.

Very nice unit. We were in lower unit and found that the upstairs unit walking even was rather loud downstairs. but it was very clean. Nice bedding and other accommodations. Easy check in and out and owner seems very nice.

Nice, quiet, clean and private. Down the street from coffee, groceries dining. We had just finished a very long day of driving, and tomorrow was more of the same...this pad was prefect for a stress free and relaxing break.

Definitely booking this one again! Location was convenient and close to stores and restaurants. The place was well kept, clean and neatly put together the gist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met. i really have no complaints.
